About ChatQuip: who we are

Our story

We did not appear overnight. ChatQuip grew year by year, from a small team placing a handful of operators to an agency working with hundreds of people across dozens of countries.

   2018

   The founding

   ChatQuip started as a small team with a simple idea: remote chat work in this niche was full of scams, and honest people needed an employer they could actually verify. We placed our first operators and wrote down our rules — no fees, ever, and pay that arrives on time.

   2020

   First 100 operators

   By 2020 more than 100 operators were working with us across roughly eight countries. Word spread mostly through recommendations, which set the tone for how we still grow today — people who trust us bring the people they trust.

   2022

   Training and payments matured

   We turned early improvisation into real systems: a structured free training programme of five to ten days, clear pay grades, and weekly payouts through PayPal, cards and crypto. This is the year ChatQuip stopped being a small operation and became a proper agency.

   2024

   500 operators

   By 2024 around 500 operators were earning with us, in about thirty countries. The team behind them grew too — dedicated recruiters, trainers and support specialists, so that no operator was ever left waiting for an answer.

   2026

   800+ operators in 40+ countries

   Today more than 800 active operators work with ChatQuip across 40+ countries, supported by a team of 40+. The core promise has not changed since 2018: we never take a cent from an operator, and we always pay on time.

Team

ChatQuip is run by real, named people. Two of them lead the parts of the company most operators deal with directly — hiring and training.

Behind Elena and David is a team of 40+ specialists: recruiters who read every application, trainers who guide your first weeks, and a support team available 24/7 so that whatever timezone you work in, someone is there to answer. We keep the team deliberately close to operators rather than hidden behind forms.

How we work with platforms

ChatQuip is an agency, not a platform of our own. We partner with established messaging and dating platforms that need trained operators and translators, and we connect them with the people who do that work well. You get vetted, ongoing work; the platform gets reliable operators.

You work with us as an independent contractor under a written offer agreement that you receive before you start. It sets out how pay is calculated, when it arrives and what is expected — nothing hidden, nothing verbal only. You are responsible for your own taxes under the rules of the country you live in.

There are no fees at any stage. We do not charge for training, tools, activation or anything else. Money only ever flows from us to you, through weekly payouts. If any employer in this niche asks you to pay to start, that alone tells you they are not like us.
