The weekly cycle

There is no monthly wait. Every week’s work settles into your earnings dashboard in real time, and at the end of the week the balance is sent by the method you chose. The number you see in your dashboard at the end of the week is the number that lands in your account. This cadence is deliberate: many of our operators are students or combine ChatQuip with another job, and a short cash cycle keeps the work worthwhile from the very first week.

Pay itself is monthly-by-grade — $250–400 during training, $500–800 at Junior, $900–1,400 at Middle, $1,600–4,800 at Senior — but it is paid out weekly, so a Middle operator at $1,200/month sees roughly $300 arrive each week. The three payout methods

Three things are true of every method. First, we charge nothing — the amount in your dashboard is the amount we send. Second, everything is in US dollars; your PayPal, bank, or exchange converts to local currency at its own rate and may charge its own receiving fee, so compare the options available where you live before you pick. Third, payout details are only ever requested after you are hired — never as a condition of applying. If a “vacancy” wants your card number before an interview, that is a data grab, not onboarding; our safety page lists the other signs.

You can change your method later; it is a setting, not a contract.

The $50 minimum and the rollover

The minimum payout is $50. If a week’s balance is below that, it does not disappear and it is not “forfeited” — it rolls into the next week and pays out as soon as the balance crosses $50. Most operators clear the threshold in their first week of real shifts even at the Trainee grade, and there is no cap at the top end.

Your first two weeks: when the first payout arrives

1. Days 1–2 — apply and interview. No payout details yet. The application takes 2 minutes and the reply comes within 24 hours; the interview is a 20-minute written conversation.
2. Days 3–12 — training. Free, 5–10 days. Its final days are paid practice at the Trainee grade — real conversations that count toward your balance. This is when we set up your payout method.
3. Within 14 days of your first paid shift — first payout. After that, weekly. There is no probation period during which you work unpaid and no quota you must hit before the first transfer.

Four payout tricks scammers use — and what a real payout never involves

The text-work niche is crowded with fraud, and much of it is built around the payout rather than the job. A real employer’s payout never involves any of these:

1. A “withdrawal fee” or “verification deposit” to release your earnings. You never pay to be paid. Money flows one way: from the employer to you.
2. A minimum so high you can never reach it. A $50 threshold is normal; “$500 before your first withdrawal” on a beginner’s pay is a wall designed so you never cross it.
3. Card or banking logins requested before you are hired. Payout details come after an offer, and they are the details needed to send you money — never your online banking password.
4. “Guaranteed” income with no ranges. Real pay depends on grade and hours; we publish ranges and an average, never a guarantee.
